Background and history of establishment

You can view the history of the Sejong Special Self-Governing City
Facilities Management Corporation.

Established in September 2016 as the first public enterprise in Sejong Special Self-Governing City, the corporation was founded under Article 76 of the Local Public Enterprises Act and the Ordinance on the Establishment and Operation of the Sejong Special Self-Governing City Facilities Management Corporation. Its purpose is to professionally and systematically manage the continuously increasing number of public facilities following the launch of Sejong City in July 2012, and to provide high-quality administrative services demanded by the rapidly growing population.
